Cancellation Policy
Due to the increase of late cancellations and no-show appointments, we are introducing a cancellation policy.
Beginning immediately, appointments what are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee when they come for their next service.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed appointment fee upon their next appointment.
We regret the need for having to implement such a policy, however, our stylists work on a commission basis, so when an appointment is late cancelled or no-showed, they do not get paid.
We hope that with the implementation of this new policy that you will be able to schedule your appointments in a fashion that works best for you.
